This disclaimer applies to all coaching services provided by Listen & Lead Coaching, LLC, whether delivered to individual clients or through organizational sponsorship.

1. Nature of Coaching
   Coaching is a professional relationship focused on personal, professional, and relational development. It is not therapy, counseling, medical treatment, legal advice, or financial consulting. Coaching may address various life domains, including leadership, career, relationships, and well-being.
2. Confidentiality
   All coaching sessions are confidential, except where disclosure is required by law, court order, or imminent risk of harm. When coaching is sponsored by an organization, confidentiality between coach and client will be honored. Any reporting to the sponsor will be limited to what is explicitly agreed upon in advance.
3. Informed Consent
   By engaging in coaching, clients acknowledge that they understand the nature of coaching and voluntarily consent to participate. Sponsors agree to respect the boundaries of the coaching relationship and confidentiality terms.
4. Payment & Cancellation
   Fees are due in advance and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Sessions may be rescheduled with reasonable notice. Listen & Lead Coaching, LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances.
5. Scope of Services
   Coaching does not include diagnosis or treatment of mental health conditions. Clients are encouraged to seek appropriate licensed professionals for such needs.
6. Assumption of Risk
   Clients assume full responsibility for decisions and actions arising from coaching. The coach is not liable for any outcomes resulting from client choices, whether personal or professional.
7. Results Disclaimer
   While coaching aims to facilitate growth, no specific outcomes are guaranteed. Results depend on individual effort, commitment, and external circumstances beyond the coach’s control.
8. Intellectual Property
   All coaching materials—including exercises, tools, and methods—are the intellectual property of Listen & Lead Coaching, LLC. These materials are for personal use only and may not be reproduced, shared, or used commercially without written permission.
9. Termination of Services
   Listen & Lead Coaching, LLC reserves the right to terminate coaching services at any time if the relationship is no longer beneficial or appropriate.
10. Force Majeure
    Listen & Lead Coaching, LLC is not liable for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, or illness.
11. Limitation of Liability
    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Listen & Lead Coaching, LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to coaching services, including but not limited to loss of data, income, or emotional distress. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the coaching engagement, your sole remedy is to discontinue participation.
12. Jurisdiction
    This disclaimer and all coaching services are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Michigan law.
