One-on-one coaching for women at a threshold
You're standing in an in-between: a role is ending, the life that used to fit doesn't anymore, and you want space to hear yourself think before you decide what's next.
- For women navigating retirement, career changes, caregiving shifts, or other life transitions.
- Space to slow down, listen to yourself, and understand what your life has been telling you.
- Support to leave with a decision that feels like your own, not something you backed into.
30 minutes on Zoom or phone to talk about what's stirring and whether coaching together feels like a good fit.
Most women come to me at a threshold. A role has ended, or is ending, and the life that used to fit doesn't anymore. The outer change happens fast. The inner one takes longer to catch up.
You may arrive with a specific question. Should I retire? Is it time to leave? Do I want to stay in the life I built? The question is real and it matters. It is also, usually, the doorway rather than the room. Underneath "I don't know what to do" there is often something you haven't yet had the time, or the permission, to say out loud.
Our work is to slow down enough to hear it. These are honest, unhurried conversations where you think out loud, follow your own questions, and listen to what your life has been telling you. The clarity you reach is your own, rooted in a deeper understanding of your relationship to the question than when we began.
And clarity does come. By the end of a few sessions, most clients know what they want and why. It's real, and it's theirs to keep.
We usually meet virtually every other week over a few months, giving you time and space to try things, reflect, and adjust between sessions. The deliberate pace lets you find a footing you trust enough to stand on before you act on it.
We start with a complimentary discovery call — 30 minutes to talk about what's stirring and whether coaching together feels like a good fit.
